As representatives of the collective majority of Trilogy Valor homeowners, we advocate for our community to grow and thrive.
For this to occur there must be better trust and collaboration between Shea and the homeowners. This requires: financial transparency in all domains of how our dues are utilized, the requisite information to understanding how decisions are made affecting our community, and scheduled meetings with homeowner and leadership representatives.
Amenity infrastructure must be scaled up to accommodate the promoted offerings and opportunities—consistent with other communities with dues similar to Trilogy Valor.
